Stephanie has been singing the praises of yoga long before it became mainstream. In her twenty-six years of yoga practice. Stephanie's passion is continually ignited, when she gets to teach yoga to people of all ages. Stephanie's introduction to yoga started in 1997 and began a life long love affair that has grown deeper throughout the years. Stephanie has spent the last sixteen years at In Balance acting as the lead yoga instructor, telling everyone about the benefits of yoga and mindfulness.
Stephanie loves to share the benefits of mindfulness of movement, breath and action with anyone she meets. Fuelled by her passion and curiosity, Stephanie has trained around the world with yoga masters for both her personal and professional development, training with Judith Lasater, Susi Hately, Beth McCann, Julie Funk and Rosemary Jeanes Antze. Influenced by several traditions and inspired by functional movement, Stephanie offers yoga as a way to approach your health with realistic goals awareness. Her classes are a masterful, candid blend of artful alignment and attention cues for your body, mind and self. Stephanie has a passion for sharing the mental and physical benefits of yoga and wants to ensure that everyone who ahs a class with her leaves wanting more! Her approach with each student is tailored to their individual needs and goals. She encourages them to be where they are and go from there. Stephanie loves it when her nine year old gets to be in her class. |
