At In Balance, the key to health is through active living. Our practice combines yoga practice, strength training, meditation, and awareness. The goal is to teach people to become aware of their breath, body, and thoughts. Everyone, despite their age or physicality, can practice yoga. You will learn to listen to your body. You will become aware of how you sit, stand, sleep, walk, and breathe. Quality over quantity.

Yoga 101 is designed for everyone!
New students, students lost in a regular yoga class and regular yoga practitioners. You will learn the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques. Listen to your body, and become aware of how you sit, stand, sleep, walk and breathe. Change your body but most importantly your brain with regular yoga practice. Reduce stress and cultivate inner body awareness to guide your practice. The supportive environment of this class will provide you with the necessary foundation to develop a safe and rewarding yoga practice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration with payment is required for all workshops and pre-registered classes. Cancellations must be made 14 days before the first day of workshops and 7 days before the first day of registered class to register for a 80% refund.
